<p>In exercise of the powers conferred by section 197 of the Jammu<br /> and Kashmir Water Resources (Regulation and Management) Act, 2010, the Government hereby make the following rules. These rules may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Water Resources (Regulation and Management), Rules , 2011. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Government Gazette.<br />
