The UNFCCC Secretariat has released India’s submission containing its views on certain aspects of the eligibility of carbon dioxide capture and storage (CCS) in geological formations as Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project activities.

This report contains a compilation of information on ecosystem-based approaches to adaptation. With a synthesis of the state of knowledge on ecosystem-based approaches to adaptation, this report provides an overview of how ecosystems can play a role in helping people adapt to climate change, through the compilation of examples and relevant
knowledge products, and a discussion of issues related to the understanding and implementation of such approaches.
