The world's cities now have a common method for calculating the amount of GHGs produced within their boundaries.
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) advices that, to avoid the worst impacts from climate change, global CO2 emissions must be cut by at least 50% by 2050. With the majority of the world
