SILCHAR: The Army in its quest for a peace building process and overall development of the region has undertaken several welfare projects in South Assam. As a part of this noble initiative, 33 Field Regiment, a part of 57 Mountain Artillery Brigade under the aegis of Red Shield Division installed solar street lights in the remote villages of Charghola and Mukamcherra of Karimganj district on Thursday. It was an initiative to improve the basic facilities for the people of Charghola and Mukamcherra villages.
