Washington: Fearing a catastrophic galactic collision, the US has said it will hold talks with the European Union, India and other nations , to develop a code of conduct for activities in outer space. "The United States has decided to join with the European Union and other nations to develop an International Code of Conduct for Outer Space Activities," secretary of state Hillary Clinton said on Tuesday.
