Two Ministers get additional grant for their constituencies

The additional grant of several crores of rupees to two Delhi Ministers, Raj Kumar Chauhan and Arvinder Singh Lovely, and another Congress MLA, Naseeb Singh, has caught the fancy of several other legislators in the Assembly who now also want additional money for development works in their constituency.
