There is some relief in sight for the allottees of Commonwealth Games Village flats. The Delhi Urban Art Commission (DUAC) has found the project acceptable “from the point of view of aesthetic quality of urban and environmental design”. But the commission has made it clear that issuing completion certificate for the complex should be separately dealt by the competent authority.
