Number of child labourers goes up in Tangail
The number of child labourers has increased in Tangail as poverty forces their parents to send them to work for earning livelihood.
According to a recent study of Society for Social Service, a local non-government organisation, more than 52,000 children below 12 years are doing various odd jobs for earning their bread at twelve upazilas in Tangail.
