Mumbai: In light of the ministry of food and civil supplies’ failure to implement the ban on bullock carts transporting kerosene on Mumbai’s streets despite the government decision two years ago to do so, the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India has filed a public interest litigation (PIL) in the Bombay high court.
