Lepchas seek ‘status' clarity

Ananya Dutta KOLKATA: Members of the Lepcha community, an indigenous tribe of the Darjeeling hills, went on an indefinite hunger strike here on Wednesday demanding clarity from the State and Central governments on their “status” as a community.
